One Clothing offers a 30 day returns policy. 

If you wish to return or exchange a product you may do so within 30 days of the date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging with all labels attached. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.) If you are not happy with your purchase from One Clothing please complete the original Returns Form enclosed, stating clearly your requirements and send it back to us with the unwanted product(s).

Items should be returned via a tracked postage service at your expense.

Remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email/phone us with any queries about all of our products during shop opening hours.

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your parcel to the shipping company, providing you follow the above instructions.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser's credit card or exchange the product once it is received by us. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing times.

Refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods or goods cancelled under the EU Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (DSRs).

Cancellation Policy

If you are based in the UK your right to cancel is limited to 7 days (not inlcuding weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods. You must inform us of cancellation in writing to lynne@oneclothing.co.uk or to the shop address.

You have a statutory duty to take care of the product, failure to do so will result in a breach of contract.
